  Summary

  v0.1.0 is the first structured release of pi-ape-speckit as a spec-driven Azure platform engineering
  starter repository.

  Included in this release

  • checked-in Azure platform personas and repo governance
  • a first hub-and-spoke networking feature spec with supporting research
  • Terraform/OpenTofu-compatible infrastructure layout under infra/terraform/
  • reusable child modules and example dev / prod roots
  • a subscription-level Azure Policy baseline module and example environment configuration
  • GitHub Actions workflow for Terraform validation, TFLint, and advisory Checkov scanning
  • contributor, security, release-readiness, and quickstart documentation

  Release posture

  This release should be described as a starter / baseline scaffold.

  Why:

  • local validation passes
  • governance and docs are now aligned
  • but the repo does not yet claim a successful live Azure plan / apply from the checked-in
    environment roots

  Known limitations

  • no live Azure proof is claimed yet for the checked-in environment roots
  • Azure Policy baseline scope is intentionally limited in this first implementation
  • branch protection and required-check settings must be configured in GitHub, not only in repo files
  • MIT licensing now applies to the repository, but that does not change the need for honest release claims about Azure proof
